How It Works

Cast your token

Post a cast mentioning @slinq with your ticker and name.

Slinq processes the cast

The Farcaster bot validates your request and prepares the deployment.

Token goes live

Your token launches on Ethereum through the Slinq Clanker wrapper by default, or on BNB Chain when you explicitly ask for BSC/BNB/PancakeSwap.

Confirmation cast

Slinq replies to your cast with:
  • Contract address
  • Trading link
  • Creator dashboard link

Tips for Farcaster Launches

Launch in relevant channels

Post in channels like /degen or /base for more visibility.

Use your community

Tag friends and communities who might be interested.

Add context

Explain what your token is about in the same cast or thread.

Engage replies

Respond to people interested in your token to build community.

Common Issues

  • Ensure you’re mentioning @slinq (not @Slinq or other variations)
  • Check that your cast is public
  • Wait 1-2 minutes—processing can take a moment
Tickers are unique across the platform. Try:
  • Adding numbers: $BASED2
  • Using variations: $BSED instead of $BASED
Farcaster allows 4 tokens per day. Use the web interface for additional launches or wait until midnight UTC.

Tokenize Someone Else’s Cast

You can also turn someone else’s cast into a token by replying:
The original cast author becomes the token creator and earns fees. This is called social tokenization.
